Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT)
$1.20B
● Sarasota, Florida
The parent company of Truth Social, the social media platform Trump launched after being banned from mainstream networks. It went public via a SPAC merger in early 2024, sending its value skyward. Trump holds a controlling stake of around 60 percent. The company also holds approximately 9,500 Bitcoin on its balance sheet, acquired as part of a broader digital asset strategy. In December 2025, TMTG announced a roughly $6 billion merger with nuclear-fusion energy company TAE Technologies and separately outlined plans to spin off Truth Social into its own publicly traded entity. The company reported a 2025 net loss of $712 million (versus $401 million the prior year) on revenue of just $3.7 million, and its share price decline cut an estimated $1.3 billion from Trump's paper wealth in Forbes' 2026 accounting.
