Thorbjørn Jagland (born November 5, 1950) served as Prime Minister of Norway (1996–1997), President of the Storting, Norwegian Foreign Minister, and Secretary General of the Council of Europe (2009–2019), making him one of the most senior European political figures named in connection with the Epstein files.
