Sarah Kellen
Former Epstein Associate · American · Active — not prosecuted under 2008 NPA
Sarah Kellen (now Sarah Vickers, born c. 1981) worked as a personal assistant to Jeffrey Epstein for an extended period. She is among the most frequently named individuals in victim accounts of Epstein's trafficking operation. Multiple depositions and testimonies describe her as a central operational figure who scheduled appointments, communicated with victims on Epstein's behalf, managed household logistics, and in some accounts participated directly in the abuse.
Kellen was named as a potential co-conspirator in the 2007 federal investigation but was granted immunity from federal prosecution under the same non-prosecution agreement that protected Epstein. The scope of that immunity was subsequently challenged in litigation by victims who argued it was unlawfully broad.
She subsequently married NASCAR driver Brian Vickers and adopted a new personal identity, working as an interior designer. She declined to give testimony in the Ghislaine Maxwell trial, invoking her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
Kellen has never been criminally charged. Her immunity status under the 2008 agreement has been the subject of ongoing legal debate.
