Nadia Marcinkova
Former Epstein Associate · Slovak-American · Active — not prosecuted under 2008 NPA
Nadia Marcinkova (now Nadia Marcinko, born c. 1987) is documented in court records as having been brought to the United States from Eastern Europe as a teenager, reportedly around the age of 15, by Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein reportedly told associates he had purchased her from her family, a claim that has appeared in multiple legal filings based on court records.
She lived in Epstein's properties and is described across multiple victim depositions as having participated in the sexual abuse of other victims -- a pattern that victim advocates and trafficking experts have described as common in situations where victims are coerced into facilitating abuse of others.
Like Sarah Kellen, Marcinkova was named as a potential co-conspirator in the 2007 federal investigation and received immunity under the 2008 non-prosecution agreement. She invoked her Fifth Amendment right when called as a witness in the Maxwell trial.
She subsequently obtained a commercial pilot's licence and established an aviation company, changing her surname professionally. She has made no public statements about her time with Epstein.
