Darren Indyke

Epstein's Lawyer / Estate Executor  ·  American  ·  Active — named in DOJ documents

Darren Indyke served as Jeffrey Epstein's personal attorney and legal counsel for many years, managing significant aspects of Epstein's legal and financial affairs and administering various entities connected to Epstein's operations.

Following Epstein's death in August 2019, Indyke was named as co-executor of Epstein's estate alongside Richard Kahn. The estate, valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, became the subject of significant litigation from victims who sought to ensure assets were used for compensation rather than distributed to Epstein's named beneficiaries.

Indyke was subsequently named in civil proceedings by victims of Epstein's trafficking network, with plaintiffs alleging he had knowledge of and facilitated aspects of Epstein's operations through his legal and administrative work. He has denied wrongdoing.

No criminal charges have been brought against Indyke.
